105^th meeting of the CDM Executive Board take place from 25 – 28 November 2019, in Madrid, Spain.

The CDM Executive Board (CDM EB) supervises the Kyoto Protocol’s clean development mechanism under the authority and guidance of the Conference of the Parties serving as the Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP). The CDM EB is fully accountable to the CMP. The CDM EB will be the ultimate point of contact for CDM Project Participants for the registration of projects and the issuance of CERs.

The Executive Board comprises of 10 members and 10 alternate members from Parties to the Kyoto Protocol as follows:

The agenda of CDM EB include Strategic planning and direction, Operations of panels and working groups, Regulatory matters and Issuance of rulings related to CDM.
